My Journey
Week 1
Hi it’s Jeanette, here is my first update on how the Ideal Weight loss program is going. First I want to thank everyone for their words of encouragement, although it is the easiest thing I have ever done. I am so excited already; at my first weight in I’ve lost 6lbs. My clothes are getting a bit baggy, my energy level is growing every day and my acid reflux is gone. So on week 2 everything is going great.
Week 2
I have completed 2 weeks and have already lost 10lbs. Needless to say, I am thrilled. I have never lost weight so fast in my life and I feel great. This protocol gets easier and easier. One of my favorite snacks is a giant chocolate chip cookie that is part of the program.

It's a blast watching my body change!
Week 3
I am so happy that I am able to cook my own dinner on this program. Last night I made the most delicious ham and leek roll ups with a salad and of course had my favorite choclate chip cookie for dessert. Life is good! By the way I am losing an average of 4lbs a week.

Week 4
So, it has been 1 month and I have lost a total of 15lbs. I feel great!! My clothes are getting bigger, I need a belt to hold my pants up. Still trying new products from Ideal Protein and I still haven't found one I don't like. Maria and I talk on a regualr basice about meal ideas. This weekend I am going to try a recipe for Cabbage Rolls that Maria and I have come up with. If all goes well I will share the recipe with everyone to try. Have a great week Jeanette
Week 5&6
I have been on the Ideal Protein Weight Loss Program for only 6 weeks and I have lost 20 1/2 glorious pounds! The time is flying by and I don't feel deprived or hungry.
Well, the cabbage rolls I made were great. I used my Nana's recipe and substituted cauliflower for the rice, added some chili powder, cumin and hot sauce. Yummy! i am learning that I can have wonderful, healthy meals that don't make me gain weight. Maria and I brainstorm every week and come up with new ideas.
I would like to thank everyone who has been sending me encouraging and supportive emails. To those who are wondering, yes I am still having my giant chocolate chip cookie for my snack. I love them.
